Monday-Friday: 8 AM – 10:30 AM

Saturday: 10 AM

Monday: 5 PM, 6 PM, 7 PM

Tuesday-Thursday: 5:30 PM, 6:30 PM 

Wednesday: 5 PM MobCon – specialty class mobility and conditioning – slower paced, 6 PM, 7 PM

Friday: 5 PM
