We offer several membership plans, including monthly and annual options, as well as personal training packages.

Are there personal trainers available?

Yes, we have certified personal trainers available to help you design a workout plan that meets your goals and provide guidance during workouts. You can schedule sessions individually or as a part of a training package.

What group classes do you offer?

We offer a diverse range of group classes such as yoga, small group training, and personal training. Small group is our most popular option, which provides structured workouts, an exciting and welcoming environment, and access to our personal trainers. For any further questions, please give us a call!

Do I need to reserve a spot for group classes?

Reservations are recommended for popular classes to secure your spot. Please contact us to schedule a class.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes, guests are definitely welcome here at Mauka. If you would like to let us know you are bringing a friend, please give us a call!

What should I bring to the gym?

It’s best to bring a water bottle and comfortable workout apparel.

What if I'm new to working out?

People of all fitness levels are welcome here at Mauka! Since we provide all of our new clients with an initial assessment, we will tailor our programs according to you and your needs.

Are there any dietary or nutrition programs available?

Yes, nutritional guidance is available for all clients!
