Our Group Training program tailors to most clients needs in building strength, while losing body fat. We incorporate activation and mobility exercises during the warm up, learn to lift main exercises such as the squat, deadlift and shoulder press. We then follow with an accessory movement or two, to compliment the main lift of the day. Lastly we incorporate different forms of metabolic conditioning to burn body fat, increase metabolism and overall build a healthier cardiovascular system!
