Elena Sarica
Owner | Coach
Elena graduated from Kean University in 2009 with a Bachelors in Adult Fitness. She is a Nasm certified personal training and corrective exercise specialist, a USAW level 1 coach as well as a Nasm women's fitness specialist. With years of research and working with other coaches she found her love of seeking out optimal movement for her clients. She specializes in assessing a client before they start their fitness program to recognize imbalances that may inhibit movement. She strives to give each client a journey in finding their inner strength both physically and mentally. To push them to reach their weight loss and body fat goals. To have them lift heavier, faster and more efficient all while keeping them pain and injury free.
Jaime Mendoza
Head Coach
Coach Jaime is a certified personal trainer and a professional combat sports athlete. He has over 8 years of experience working as a coach in both one on one and group settings. His love of fitness and martial arts, as well as his own struggles with injury and mental setbacks, led him to an enthusiasm for movement of the human body. He strives on creating a path to healing and strengthening all of his clients regardless of age and goal.
Kevin
Trainer
Kevin is a certified personal trainer through NASM. His specialties include stability, flexibility, improving muscle tone and weight loss. Prior to becoming a certified personal trainer Kevin pursued a career in professional wrestling. "My love for motivating and helping others, combined with my love for exercise and achieving fitness goals, made this career path the most obvious choice for me."
